It would be useful a complete REST API to read historical data for all the parameters and then to perform specific actions, such as turn on/off devices, change speed etc.

Cloud service are not safe enough for fully home integrations with migration of locking doors, cameras and so on…

I preferred only local running services in the own, not on internet connected, only local networks.

Please also include the ComfoFond Ground Heat Exchange module - to provide option to read the sensor values and also control (on/off)

Yes, all option, sensor and action should be possible without cloud.
On local isolated networks, there is a local server to collect all needed data
